OUR COMMITMENT

Compliance & responsible delivery

We are committed to clear scope, honest communication, and respect for applicable Saudi laws. Requirements must be allocated to the right party, reviewed before work starts, and revisited when the scope, site, or contractual conditions change.

Aramco vendor

Smart Assistance Company is an Aramco vendor. We recognize that each assignment carries its own safety, security, qualification, and documentation requirements.

Project-specific assurance

Vendor status is distinct from project-specific technical approvals, workforce qualifications, cybersecurity certificates, and ISO certification. Required credentials and supporting records are confirmed for the applicable scope and validity during project review.

Requirements & reference points

HRSD · labor culture

Workforce arrangements must be reviewed against applicable Saudi labor requirements, including lawful deployment, employment conditions, wages, and worker documentation.

Civil Defense · safety requirements

Building use and work scope determine the relevant fire and life-safety approvals. Confirm applicable Civil Defense requirements with the site owner and responsible specialists.

Aramco · ethics & governance

Aramco’s Supplier Code of Conduct addresses health, safety, environment, business integrity, and monitoring. For an applicable contract, agree the required acknowledgements and responsibilities across the supply chain.

Reference review: 17 September 2026

Applicable law, authority instructions, and the client’s current contractual requirements determine the final project controls. Reconfirm revisions before work begins.

Compliance & responsible delivery

Controls to agree for your scope

Use these planning topics to discuss the work with our team. The responsible project specialists must assess the actual site, specify safe methods, and authorize the work.

01Workforce obligations & fair treatmentConfirm the lawful arrangement before deployment.
  • Review employment and deployment arrangements, work authorization, applicable insurance, and Saudization or client workforce requirements for the scope.
  • Agree responsibilities for wages, working time, rest, welfare, and a clear route to raise concerns without retaliation.
  • Protect worker documents and personal information; required records must be used only for lawful, relevant purposes.
02Fire safety & building requirementsCheck the building, occupancy, and proposed changes.
  • Identify the applicable Saudi Building Code provisions, including SBC 801 fire protection requirements, with the responsible design or fire specialist.
  • Confirm required permits and approvals before modifying layouts, fire systems, escape routes, or the use of a space.
  • Plan temporary protection, isolation approvals, inspections, and handover records where existing systems or occupied areas are affected.
03Environmental care & waste handlingDefine material streams and responsibilities before removal.
  • Review dust, noise, spills, drainage, storage, and housekeeping controls for the site and affected neighbors.
  • Identify applicable NCEC permit conditions and environmental reporting responsibilities for the project or facility.
  • Classify waste and scrap, confirm ownership and permitted handling, and verify the required MWAN authorizations of the actual collection, transport, or treatment provider.
  • Agree segregation, secure storage, transfer records, and evidence of the receiving destination. Hazardous materials need a separate competent assessment and authorized route.
04Business integrity, quality & closeoutMake acceptance criteria and evidence clear from the start.
  • Agree specifications, inspection responsibilities, hold points, material approvals, and records of accepted work.
  • Declare relevant conflicts of interest and follow applicable anti-bribery, gift, confidentiality, and supplier conduct requirements.
  • Record scope changes and nonconformities, assign corrective actions, and agree handover evidence and outstanding items with the client.

SBC · Saudi Fire Protection Code

SBC 801 is the Saudi Fire Protection Code. The responsible specialist must determine the applicable edition and provisions for the work.

MWAN · waste management regulations

Waste management authorizations depend on the activity and waste category. Verify the service provider’s actual licensed scope rather than relying on a general trading description.

NCEC · environmental reporting

Environmental monitoring and submissions should follow the facility’s applicable permit conditions and the competent authority’s requirements.

BEFORE MOBILIZATION

Documentation for project review

The required documents, responsible party, validity, and submission dates should be agreed before mobilization. Availability is confirmed during project review.
